Our average Days on the Market have decreased, which is what you'd expect to see when the local market is experiencing an upward trend. Homes sold in the last 30 days averaged 127 DOM as opposed to 165 DOM this time last year. (That's almost a 25% less time before going under contract!)
Niceville's most active price rage this last month was between $200k-$249k with 78 new pending contracts.
